  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • USA & Canada: 10–20 business days

    • Asia & Oceania: 10–20 business days

    • Other regions: 15–25 business days

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • AnimeFans is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied in your country.

  • Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
